lilshadow.store is the official store and news site of lil' Shadow (Levi Evans), an independent rap artist based in Greeneville, Tennessee. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site, place an order, sign up for the newsletter, or watch the It Happened Here TV channel — and what is never collected. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the store and the site, we never sell personal information, and we never see or store your full payment card details.
Information we collect
When you browse the site. lilshadow.store is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information — your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit — to deliver the site, protect it from attacks, and produce anonymous traffic statistics. We do not run our own account system, so there is no lilshadow.store username or password to store.
When you place an order. Checkout is handled by Stripe (and, where offered, PayPal). To fulfil your order we receive your name, email address, shipping address, and what you ordered. Your payment card details go directly to the payment processor over an encrypted connection — they are never sent to, or stored on, our systems. Stripe and PayPal each process payments under their own privacy policies.
When you order a custom name tee or use the Custom Studio. The request form asks for the name you want printed, your chosen style and size, and an email address so we can send your design proofs. That information is used only to make and deliver your piece.
When you sign up for the newsletter. The Shadow Briefing signup runs through Google Forms. Your email address is used only to send the newsletter you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time from any issue, and unsubscribed addresses are removed.
When you contact us. If you email us, we keep the message so we can answer you and keep a record of order support. We do not add people who email us to marketing lists.
Cookies and advertising
This site may use cookies for basic functionality, such as remembering cart state, and for the third-party services below.
Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices. Ads on this site are served by Google under Google's own policies; we do not control which specific ads appear.
Cloudflare. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to distinguish human visitors from bots and to keep the site online.
Embedded content. Some pages embed third-party players and content — including the Spotify player on our music and news pages and videos hosted on YouTube and other platforms. Those services may set their own cookies when you interact with the embed, governed by their own privacy policies.
How information is used
- To process, print, and ship your order, and to email you about it.
- To respond to your messages and support requests.
- To send the newsletter, if you signed up for it.
- To understand overall site traffic so we can improve the store and the news pages.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to running this store, this site, and the newsletter.
Who information is shared with
Order details are shared only with the services that need them to complete the order: the payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) and the print and fulfilment partners who produce and deliver your items. Shipping carriers receive your name and delivery address. Beyond that, information is disclosed only if required by law.
Data retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and support purposes. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept so repeat questions can be answered with context.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalised ads using the links above.
Children's privacy
This site and store are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reputable providers and keep access to order information limited.
It Happened Here TV (Roku channel)
The It Happened Here TV channel streams video content (local news recaps, music videos, and public-domain films). The channel does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. No accounts, no tracking, no analytics SDKs inside the channel. Video streams are delivered over standard HTTPS connections. Advertisements shown in the channel are served through Roku's advertising platform, which operates under Roku's privacy policy.
