These terms cover lilshadow.store — the official store and news site of lil' Shadow (Levi Evans), Greeneville, Tennessee — and the It Happened Here TV Roku channel. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The store and its products
Most merchandise on lilshadow.store is printed to order: your piece is produced after you buy it, using the design shown on the product page. Product images are high-quality mockups of the finished piece; because every item is printed individually, colours and placement may vary very slightly from the screen image. Apparel designs are all-over prints that wrap the full garment unless a product page says otherwise. Tech products in the Shadow Tech section are stocked items rather than print-on-demand, as noted on their pages.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars. Promotional codes can be entered at checkout where the payment page offers a code field; codes apply only to the products and dates stated with them and cannot be combined unless a promotion says so. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed in error, priced incorrectly, or suspected of fraud.
Production and shipping
Print-on-demand items typically take 3–5 business days to produce, plus transit time; the estimated delivery window is shown at checkout. Orders are currently shipped within the United States. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.
Returns, replacements, and refunds
Because most items are made to order in your size and design, we do not accept returns for a change of mind or for ordering the wrong size — please check the size guidance on the product page before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we will replace it or refund you. If we make a mistake, we make it right at no cost to you. Contact: [email protected].
Custom designs
Custom name tees and Custom Studio orders are produced from artwork generated for you. You will receive design proofs by email and choose the one we print. Names and words you submit for a custom piece must be your own to use; you are responsible for the text you ask us to print. Custom pieces are made for you personally and are covered by the same damage/defect guarantee above, but cannot be returned for other reasons.
Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, music, lyrics, video, and text on this site are the property of lil' Shadow / Levi Evans unless credited otherwise. Buying a product gives you that physical item for personal use; it does not transfer any right to reproduce, resell, or commercially use the artwork itself. It Happened Here news content
It Happened Here stories and videos are original reports written from public sources, including local reporting and court and agency records. News recaps summarise publicly reported information; all persons featured are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. If you believe a story contains an error, contact us and we will review it promptly and correct the record where warranted.
It Happened Here TV (Roku channel)
- The channel provides video content for personal, non-commercial viewing.
- Classic films shown are believed to be in the public domain in the United States. If you are a rights holder with a concern, contact us and we will review promptly.
- Content is provided "as is" without warranties. Streams depend on third-party hosts (including the Internet Archive) and may occasionally be unavailable.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to place fraudulent orders, submit other people's names or text for custom printing without their knowledge where that would cause harm, scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse service to anyone who misuses the store.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and the version in effect when you placed an order applies to that order.
